The client was a Nassau County employee arrested and charged with stealing chemicals from the Nassau County facility in which he worked. The police had a video of the client putting the chemicals into his truck. The client was fired—prematurely. Through the presentation of evidence obtained and the relentless cross-examination of the detectives involved, James Pascarella persuaded the jury that the detectives jumped to conclusions in making the arrest and were not credible. The jury found the client “Not Guilty.”
