The client was charged with burglary of a home and was facing 15 years in prison. James Pascarella challenged the admissibility of his client’s “confession,” asserting that it was wrongfully obtained, in violation of the client’s Sixth Amendment rights. After pre-trial hearing, the court suppressed the said “confession.”
