After losing her dog and driving around the neighborhood to find it, the client was stopped and charged by police with Driving While Intoxicated and other criminal offenses. After vigorous and searing cross-examination by James Pascarella at the pre-trial hearing and the trial, the trial jury determined that the officers were not credible and found the client “Not Guilty.”
